On October 10, 2014, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 67 of 2014, declaring that the measures above were about to expire on April 10, 2015, and the domestic industry or any natural person, legal person or relevant organization on behalf of the domestic industry might file a written application for expiry review to the Ministry of Commerce 60 days prior to the expiration of the anti-dumping and countervailing measures since the date of the announcement.
No application has been made for expiry review by the domestic industry or any natural person, legal person or relevant organization on behalf of the domestic industry within the time limit as specified in the announcement, and the Ministry of Commerce has also decided not to take the initiative to launch the expiry review investigation. Therefore, the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel originated in the U.S. and Russia and the countervailing measures applicable to the imports of grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel originated in the U.S. will be terminated as of April 11, 2015.
